HighBrook Investors continues its expansion in Germany with the acquisition of three urban logistics assets, adding a total of 26,635 sqm to its growing CityLink platform, which now spans 126 warehouse properties across the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark.
The newly acquired assets are located in:
1. Giesenheide 49, Hilden
This property comprises 9,908 sqm and is located in an established logistics hub. It is leased to 247TailorSteel, a leading metal processing company specializing in automated sheet metal cutting solutions, catering to industrial clients across Europe. The asset benefits from excellent connectivity to major transport routes, making it a prime location for industrial operations. CityState advised the purchaser in the transaction.
2. Margarete-Steiff-Straße 13, Oyten
Situated in an emerging logistics location, the property covers 7,255 sqm and is also leased to the same leading metal processing company as the Hilden site. CityState advised the purchaser in the transaction.
3. Stahlbaustraße 8, Castrop-Rauxel
This asset encompassing 9,472 sqm and is leased to anchor tenant THIMM Verpackung, a renowned packaging solutions provider that serves major industries with innovative and sustainable packaging products. Realogis advised the purchaser in this transaction.
