Established in 2020, CityLink is a joint venture between HighBrook Investors, an international private equity real estate firm, and Proptimize, a Dutch real estate developer and asset manager.
The company is looking to hire a “Junior Portfolio Manager” for its Dutch office, who is exclusively focused on the European market.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Asset Business Plans, including cash flow forecasts and budgets;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses together with the Senior Portfolio Manager, e.g. on the impact of strategic decisions;
- Develop and present dashboards and management reports;
- Collaborate with the finance team on bank reports and portfolio analyses;
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage external partners, such as financiers and attorneys.
Qualifications:
- MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or similar;
- 0 – 3 years of relevant work experience;
- A hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills and accuracy;
- Excellent communication skills and independence;
- Entrepreneurship and ability to manage multiple teams;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI is a plus;
- Fluent command of the English language;
- Willingness to travel regularly to London, Copenhagen and Düsseldorf.
