The high-quality industrial building located at Maxwellstraat 55 in Ede has been leased back by Unbrick for the production of sustainable vacation homes. This sale-and-leaseback transaction consists of a period of 15 years. With a total area of approximately 10,000 sqm, the location offers a production facility of 6,400 sqm and optimal accessibility via the A30 and A12 freeways.
The production of the Unbrick One vacation homes started in July 2021 and takes place at this location after which the homes will be assembled at the vacation park. HighBrook Investors and Proptimize will expand the site by 3,000 sqm in the near future to facilitate Unbrick’s growth. This expansion of the production hall will be built entirely of wood.
