HighBrook Investors has acquired a new last-mile logistics property for its urban logistics platform CityLink. The asset comprises approximately 4,000 sqm and is located at Marconistrassee 34 in Cologne, a prime last-mile location with immediate access to the A1 motorway. The property is fully let to a food wholesale tenant.

This transaction increases CityLink’s German portfolio to 27 assets, contributing to a total platform of 142 assets across the Netherlands Germany, and Denmark. Realogis, Greenberg Traurig and Arcadis advised Highbrook Investors on the transaction.
