CityLink, HighBrook Investors’ European last mile logistics real estate platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Luis Pereira as its first Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 1 November. With over 25 years of experience in European retail asset and property management, Pereira joins the CityLink team to lead its next phase of growth and help further align operations across its various countries.
Over the last 12 months, CityLink, which was formed by HighBrook Investors and Proptimize in 2022, has undergone rapid geographic expansion, extending its presence beyond The Netherlands into Germany and Denmark. The CityLink portfolio now consists of 138 last-mile logistics warehouses with a gross asset value of approximately €1.5 billion. Pereira’s appointment marks an important step in the development of the company as it continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in high-quality urban European logistics real estate for the last mile.

Pereira has spent most of his career at Multi Corporation, where he held a variety of senior positions, most recently serving as European Director of Operations and Business Development. His extensive experience in both the Dutch and German markets will be of great value to CityLink as it continues to expand its footprint across Europe.

This portfolio comprises 138 urban logistics assets, covering a total area of 1,240,000 sqm and serving 281 tenants.
