HighBrook accelerates German expansion for its CityLink platform with acquisition of eleven last-mile logistics assets

HighBrook Investors has significantly strengthened its CityLink platform in Germany with the acquisition of eleven last-mile logistics assets, adding a total of 38,113 sqm of urban warehouse space plus 32,200 sqm of IOS space. This strategic expansion reinforces CityLink’s presence in densely populated metropolitan regions, with assets located in some of Germany’s most critical and well-connected urban areas.

With these acquisitions, the German CityLink platform now comprises 25 last-mile properties, totaling over 166,000 sqm. Across the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark, the broader CityLink platform now encompasses 137 urban logistics assets.

These acquisitions highlight CityLink’s demonstrated growth strategy, and the company remains committed to continuing this momentum through further expansion.

8. Heppenheimer Str. 31-33B, Mannheim
9. Heppenheimer Str. 31-33C, Mannheim
10. Brauereistraße 14, Plankstadt
11. Im Roedling 15, Weiterstadt

These assets were carefully selected for their strategic urban locations and long-term value potential, supporting CityLink’s mission to provide high-quality logistics space close to the end consumer.
