In the second quarter of 2025, CityLink signed three long-term lease agreements, leasing out a total of approximately 10,000 sqm of logistics and commercial space. The new tenants further strengthen CityLink’s existing portfolio

The following companies have recently joined the CityLink portfolio:

• Eneco is leasing 5,390 sqm at Molenbaan 17 in Capelle aan den IJssel. BRiQ Real Estate B.V. acted on behalf of the current tenant, Budbee. De Mik Real Estate Partners B.V. acted on behalf of the new tenant, Eneco.
• Rebo Productions has signed a lease agreement for 3,478 sqm at Arnoudstraat 14 in Hillegom. This deal was facilitated by Dils / Van Gool Elburg.
• TECTUM, a non-profit organization dedicated to roofing craftsmanship, is leasing 1,153 sqm at Overijsselhaven 30 in Nieuwegein.

In addition to these new agreements, CityLink successfully renewed approximately 50,000 sqm of existing leases in Q2 2025. A total of 14 properties within the Dutch portfolio were involved in these renewals.
