CityLink has signed four long-term lease agreements, leasing out a total of approximately 50,000 sqm of logistics and commercial space to new tenants.

The following companies have recently joined the CityLink portfolio:

• Karl Rapp Rotterdam B.V., a specialist in the storage and distribution of chemicals, has signed a lease agreement for 40,999 sqm at Merwedeweg 4 in Rotterdam.
• Textiel Service Nederland, a supplier and maintenance partner for workwear, is leasing 1,694 sqm at Koddeweg 21 in Rotterdam. CityLink was advised in this transaction by Ooms Makelaars Bedrijfshuisvesting B.V. and De Mik Real Estate Partners B.V.
• BMN Bouwmaterialen, a wholesaler of construction materials, is leasing 3,407 sqm at Ontariodreef 10-18 in Utrecht. This deal was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands B.V. in collaboration with Molenbeek Makelaars Zakelijk B.V.
• Medux B.V., a supplier of medical aids and services for healthcare institutions and end users, is leasing 4,253 sqm at Marconiweg 3 in Vianen. CityLink was advised in this transaction by Jones Lang LaSalle B.V. in collaboration with Oranjeborch Makelaars B.V. The tenant was represented by Bright Real Estate Advisors.
