HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased the buildings at Valkenierstraat 34-36 and Touwslagerstraat 11 in Ridderkerk from two private investors, for the CityLink portfolio. Both objects are fully rented to LOXAM. LOXAM is a rental company of aerial work platforms, aggregates, equipment and tools throughout the Netherlands.

The buildings comprise a total of approx. 3,057 m² of business/office space and approx. 3,000 m² of outside area.
