HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have expanded their CityLink portfolio at the end of last year with the purchase of a logistics complex in Rotterdam. The logistics complex has a total size of over 40,000 m². Following the purchase, CityLink has now fully leased the complex.
The complex is located at Merwedeweg 4 in Rotterdam on a plot of over 66,000 m² and consists of a 39,000 m² warehouse, suitable for the storage of hazardous substances (ADR) and a detached office building of approximately 1,000 m².
WD Europe B.V. leased the entire complex and has entered into a long-term lease. Since its founding in 2013, WD Europe B.V. focuses on the global e-commerce industry and, in addition to its headquarters in China, has more more than 20 overseas subsidiaries and more than 62 overseas warehouses totaling more than 450,000 square meters.
