CityLink is expanding the portfolio through the acquisition of three new assets. Together these offer a total of 28,000 LFA. CityLink’s portfolio now includes 92 urban logistics objects.
The first asset contains the Bunschoterweg 99-115 and Arie den Toomweg 31, 37 in Rotterdam. With a total of 13,000 LFA. The existing tenants are Burando and Ship Spare Logistics. This agreement was reached with the assistance of Bridgegap and De Mik Real Estate.
The second asset, Van IJssendijkstraat 176 in Purmerend, contains a total of 11,000 LFA. PotatoNext, the largest cooperative in the Netherlands in the field of consumption potatoes, is a tenant at this location. This agreement was reached with the assistance of Renew Real Estate and the seller Moonstone Groep.
The third asset, Stuwdam 22 in Amersfoort (IOS location) contains a total plot of 13,000 SQM. Van Hooft, Bergnet and Vodafone are located here. The seller, Smink Hoevelaken Vastgoed, was advised by Dimicilie and CityLink was adviced by Investables.
During all transactions, CityLink was legally advised by Loyens & Loeff, environmentally by Hofstede, technically by Savills and in the field of fire safety by SGS Search.
