CityLink invests in future-proof industrial outside storage area in North Brabant

March 2, 2026

CityLink is investing in the renovation of its IOS location at Graanweg 15. The outdoor area is currently undergoing a pavement for industrial outside storage renovation in preparation for lease. The site, recently acquired, is being repositioned to meet the increasing demand for high-quality, functional paved outside storage space in the region.

As part of the development, CityLink is delivering, among other things:

  • Approximately 11,000 sqm of paved outside storage area

  • A completely new foundation

  • New stormwater drainage systems combined with a WADI, ensuring sustainable rainwater collection and infiltration

  • A new entrance that significantly improves accessibility and logistical efficiency

Integrated collaboration as a distinguishing strength
There has been close collaboration between CityLink’s technical, asset management and acquisition teams throughout the repositioning process. This integrated structure enables fast decision-making, tenant-specific build-outs and immediate alignment with evolving IOS requirements in the last-mile and light-industrial segment.

As a result, CityLink is able to unlock additional leasing potential and create future-proof space tailored to modern logistics operators.

The renovation will be completed in June 2026. The location is available for lease through Ooms Drechtsteden and De Mik Real Estate. For more information: https://graanweg-15.com
