Located at Cyclotronweg 1 in the city of Delft, the property has a total area of 6,011 sqm, divided over 1,290 sqm of office space and a 4,720 sqm warehouse area used for storing and bottling oil-related consumer goods by MPM International.
The facility is situated directly at the exit of the A13, in the middle of the Randstad, providing a gateway to the country’s four largest cities.
The Delft acquisition brings CityLink’s total Dutch assets to 87. CityLink was launched in 2021 with a seed portfolio comprising 33 industrial and last-mile properties totaling 200,000 sqm. Two years later, the portfolio has expanded with more than 80 properties encompassing 750,000 sqm. CityLink said that it aims to continue its expansion drive in 2023.
