CityLink is further expanding its European urban logistics platform through the acquisition of a new asset at Auf den Geeren 22-24 in Ense. The property is fully leased on a long-term basis to WDM Deutenberg, a German specialist in wire technology and metal processing, and comprises a total leasable area of 14,500 sqm.

The CityLink portfolio now spans 123 assets across the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark. CityLink was advised by Brockhoff Real Estate and Greenberg Traurig in this transaction.
