CityLink is further expanding the European last-mile portfolio through the acquisition of a new asset at the Siemensstrasse 7 in Haan, consisting of approx. 9,500 sqm. The logistics building is fully leased, bringing CityLink’s real estate portfolio in Europe to a total of 121 assets.
The single-tenant building, located at Siemensstrasse 7 in Haan, comprises a total leasable area of 9,488 sqm, consisting of 7,097 sqm of warehouse space, 2,391 sqm of office space and there are 15 parking spaces on site.
The asset is fully leased on a long-term basis to one of Germany’s largest suppliers and service providers for office products with an annual revenue exceeding €1 billion.
The acquisition brings CityLink’s European logistics portfolio to a total of 121 assets in Netherlands, Germany and Denmark, highlighting the continued growth of its European footprint.
