The acquired property, located at Kryptonweg 8 in Amersfoort, comprises a total lettable area of 9,247 sqm, consisting of 6,937 sqm of warehouse space, 2,134 sqm of office space and 176 sqm of mezzanine space, with 73 parking spaces on site.
The building is energy neutral and is heated by heat pumps, gas-free and the roofs are equipped with solar panels. The strategic location on the ‘Isselt’ business park near the N199 and N221 ensures excellent connectivity to Amsterdam and Utrecht.
The purchase brings CityLink’s portfolio to no fewer than 88 properties, demonstrating the continued growth of the portfolio.
SunBeam, an industry leader in high-quality roof-mounting systems for solar panels, and Isero, an established wholesale supplier of high-quality hardware, are existing tenants at this location. For Isero, this step marks an expansion of their existing presence within the CityLink portfolio.
This pleasant agreement was reached with Vios Vastgoed B.V., which has made the building more sustainable in all aspects. The buyer was advised environmentally by Hofstede cs Milieuadviseurs, technically by Savills and legally by Loyens & Loeff.
