CityLink is expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of a new asset at Bunschotenweg 141 in Rotterdam. The asset contains of two separate buildings and are both fully leased and have a total lettable area of 16,135 sqm, consisting of 8,549 sqm of industrial space, 133 sqm office space and 7,453 sqm outdoor space. The asset is strategically located in the port of Rotterdam, and this acquisition further strengthens CityLink’s presence in the Waalhaven area, building on an earlier acquisition in the Waalhaven earlier this year.
The purchase of these properties brings CityLink’s portfolio to 122 assets in Europe, demonstrating the continued growth of the portfolio.
