HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased a detached commercial building at 33 Shannonweg in Rotterdam from seller Profound Asset Management B.V. for the benefit of the CityLink portfolio.

The acquired property is located on a plot of 12,212 sqm and consists of two story’s with four industrial halls and office spaces. The property and surrounding grounds have been leased in their entirety and for a long period to Eriks B.V., an internationally operating specialist industrial service provider.

HighBrook Investors and Proptimize were advised by Calibre Asset Management BV during this transaction.

Profound Asset Management B.V. acted on behalf of the seller and was advised technically by DHVM Vastgoedmanagement, legally by SoestVanVelten and fiscally by RechtStaete.
