CityLink, HighBrook Investor’s European last mile logistics platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thorsten Leischke as Head of Asset Management Germany, effective Monday, 5 January.
Thorsten Leischke brings almost 30 years of international real estate experience to CityLink. He holds an Executive MSc in Real Estate. Prior to joining CityLink, he served as Head of Asset Management Germany at Logicor Germany, where he played a key role in optimizing and expanding a large-scale logistics portfolio.
Throughout his career, Leischke has held senior leadership positions in asset and investment management across Germany and Europe. His previous roles include Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Cushman & Wakefield Germany, VLR Germany, Silverton Asset Solutions, as well as senior positions at The Royal Bank of Scotland, SEB Investment and DeTeImmobilien. In addition, he has contributed his expertise to two environmental NGOs in Namibia, reflecting his long-standing commitment to sustainability and responsible real estate practices.
In his new role, Leischke will be responsible for overseeing CityLink’s German asset management platform, with a strong focus on operational excellence, value creation and sustainable growth. He will report directly to Luis Pereira, CEO of CityLink.
