CityLink has strengthened its Dutch portfolio with the acquisition of a new light-industrial asset on Albert Einsteinweg 20 in Drunen. The asset is fully and long-term leased to an international company specializing in air and ventilation treatment systems. The property comprises approximately 3,887 sq m of LFA on an 10,195 sq m plot and includes a well-balanced configuration of loading docks and overhead doors, enabling efficient logistics operations.
Drunen is strategically located in the southern province of Noord-Brabant, positioned between the key logistics corridors of Rotterdam, Brabant and Germany.
