CityLink closes three new lease agreements (3,480 sqm) and renews 12,700 sqm across its portfolio

In Q3 and a half of Q4 of 2025, CityLink signed three long-term new lease agreements, leasing out a total of approx. 3,480 sqm of warehouse space. With these additions, CityLink further reinforces its position as a leading platform of logistics real estate in the Netherlands.

New tenants joining the CityLink portfolio include:

  • Bos Machines is leasing approx. 1,042 sqm at the Marconiweg 3 in Vianen.
  • Normec QS relocates its office operations to Galvanistraat 119-121 / Celsiusstraat 18 in Ede. The lease agreement comprises a total of approx. 2,136 sqm, including approx. 1,900 sqm office space.
  • A wholesaler of consumer goods had signed a lease agreement for approx. 300 sqm at Osakastraat 11-17 in Rotterdam. This deal was facilitated by Schaub & Partners.

In addition to these new agreements, CityLink successfully renewed approx. 12,700 sqm of existing leases in Q3/beginning of Q4 2025. A total of 3 properties within the Dutch portfolio were involved in these renewals. These new leases reflect CityLink’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, well-located urban logistics solutions for its tenants.
