CityLink has recently purchased the modern distribution center, located at Heldringstraat 39 on business park ‘Kapelpolder’ in Maassluis, from an owner user.

The distribution center consists of approximately 6,000 sqm warehouse, approximately 600 sqm mezzanine, approximately 575 sqm office space and ample parking on site. The complex is equipped with 8 loading docks, a free height of approximately 10 meters and a floor load of 5,000 kg/sqm. The complex is available for rent. JLL & De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting are responsible for letting on behalf of CityLink.
