HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased a commercial building at Nieuw-Zeelandweg 4 in Amsterdam from a private investor for the CityLink portfolio. The building consists of 4,054 sqm of warehouse space and 181 sqm of office space.

The logistics complex is located in the Western Port Area (Amerikahaven) and consists of 3 industrial halls with an associated independent office and outdoor area. The complex is fully leased and the transaction took place off-market.
