CityLink has completed two lease transactions in Ede, securing Royal Heijmans and Alliance Automotive Services B.V. as new tenants across two logistics locations.

At Maxwellstraat 55 in Ede, CityLink concluded a long-term lease agreement covering approx. 9,600 sqm. Royal Heijmans (AEX:HEIJM.NL) is a leading Dutch listed construction company with activities in Living, Working and Connecting: from project development, construction, technical services to infrastructure.

The leased warehouse will be used as production space to support the expansion of the Dutch high-voltage power grid. For this project, Heijmans has been contracted by TenneT, the grid operator responsible for approximately 25,000 kilometres of high-voltage cables in the Netherlands and parts of Germany.

In addition, CityLink leased Celsiusstraat 18 in Ede to Alliance Automotive Services B.V. The lease comprises a total of approx. 12,092 sqm, consisting of 8,331 sqm of warehouse space, 2,869 sqm of mezzanine and approx. 892 sqm of office space. Alliance Automotive Services is a leading distributor of automotive parts and services in Europe and will use the facility to support its logistics operations.
