Established in 2020, CityLink is a joint venture between HighBrook Investors, an international private equity real estate firm, and Proptimize, a Dutch real estate developer and asset manager.
The company is looking to hire a “Junior Financial Accountant” for its Copenhagen office, who is exclusively focused on the Danish market but is part of the European team.
Responsibilities
- Undertake book-keeping on an ongoing basis, including invoices, payments, accruals, etc.;
- Manage debtors, including entering leases into the system, resolve queries from tenants and asset manager, preparation of invoices;
- Manage creditors, including preparing weekly payment runs, resolving queries, assist in cash liquidity management;
- Assist with the quarterly financial management reports, and other ad-hoc reports that may be requested;
- Assist with the provision of information for value added tax returns and corporate income tax returns;
- Liaise with third parties, such as tax advisors, banks, auditors as required.
Qualifications
- Possess a relevant degree and demonstrate a higher professional education level in both work and thinking skills;
- Preferably to have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Independent yet strong team player;
- Results-oriented with the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations;
- Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required;
- Eager to learn, motivated, and ambitious;
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English;
- Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach;
- Preferred start date: immediate.
