Established in 2020, CityLink is a joint venture between HighBrook Investors, an international private equity real estate firm, and Proptimize, a Dutch real estate developer and asset manager.

The company is looking to hire aa “Senior Financial Accountant” for its Copenhagen office, who is exclusively focused on the Danish market but is part of the European team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the finance function, for a number of property-owning SPVs;
• Mentor and train other team members;
• Prepare lender reporting on a periodic basis;
• Work with asset managers and other internal teams on the provision of reports and information, as required;
• Monitor debts, be involved in liquidity planning, and communicate on a regular basis;
• Review and assist in the regular reporting process, as well as with the annual financial statements;
• Oversee and assist with the weekly payment process;
• Liaise with third parties, such as tax advisors, banks, auditors as required.

Qualifications

• Possess a relevant degree, and demonstrate a higher professional education level in both work and thinking skills;
• Preferably to have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Strong knowledge of Danish GAAP, and requirements for entities in Denmark;
• Independent yet strong team player;
• Results-oriented with the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations;
• Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required;
• Eager to learn, motivated, and ambitious;
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English;
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach;
