What you bring:

  • 5–10 years of relevant work experience
  • Well-developed people management skills, strong communication abilities, and a hands-on mentality
  • Affinity with real estate, data, business intelligence, and taxation
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written (additional languages, particularly Danish and German, are a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills, and preferably experience with Yardi and Power BI
  • Ability to translate business strategy into concrete actions in a pragmatic and open manner that inspires and engages others
  • A positive, optimistic, and analytical mindset—you enjoy challenges and see opportunities everywhere

What you get:

  • A gross annual salary between €90,000 and €100,000, depending on your level of knowledge and previous experience
  • An attractive bonus scheme
  • A mobility package tailored to your needs
  • A challenging position for 36–40 hours per week
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract
  • Pension plan
  • A laptop and iPhone
  • Team lunches twice a week, provided by the employer
  • Personal development budget
  • The chance to be part of a fun, energetic, and close-knit team that regularly celebrates successes together
